WHEAT FLOUR TIL LADOO


 Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 4


INGREDIENTS
Whole wheat flour  -  1 cup
Sesame seeds/til - 1/4 cup
Grated jaggery    - 1 cup
Clarified butter / ghee -  1 cup
Whole dried milk / mawa   -  1/4 cup
Cardamom powder  -   1/4 tsp
Cashew nuts  - 1 tbsp
Almonds  -  1 tbsp
Raisins      - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Heat  1/2 cupclarified butter / ghee in a wok,add cashew nuts,almonds  fry and keep aside
In a same  ghee fry the makhana and strain it also fry the raisins and strain it
Dry roast the sesame seeds and strain it
Again heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan,add whole wheat flour and stir continuously and roast till it turns brown and give out the fragrance.
Add whole dried milk / mawa and mix well,turn off the flame.
Add dry roasted sesame seeds ,fried dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well.
Once cooled add grated jaggery and mix well
Now add half cup of clarified butter and make a ladoo.
