KOLHAPURI PANEER

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve :  2

INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 250 gms cut in diced
Whole red chilly - 4 - 5
Whole black pepper  - 2 - 3
Cloves - 2 - 3
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Green cardamom - 2
Black cardamom - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Grated coconut - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion - 1
Ginger  - 1 inch stick
Garlic cloves - 3 - 4
Chopped tomato - 1 tomato
Salt - to taste
Oil - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp


METHOD
Dry roast the whole garam masala and also roast the sesame seeds and grated coconut.
Heat one tbsp oil in a pan add chopped onion,ginger and garlic and saute in a low flame until onio turns brown.
Once cooled make the paste of fried onion and whole garam masals.
Heat oil in a pan  add tomato  and saute for few mins.
Add turmeric powder and kashmiri mirch powder and mix well
Add fried onion and garam masala paste and cook until oil leaves the pan
Add one cup of water and bring to boil,once boiled add paneer cubes and salt and cook for five mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
