BHELPURI

INGREDIENTS
Murmura / puffed rice      -    3 cup
Roasted black gram    - 2 tbsp
Chopped onion      -  1 tbsp
Chopped tomato
(remove the seeds)    -  1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves  -  1 tbsp
Chopped green chilli   -  1
Tamarind /imli chutney   - 2 tbsp
Green coriander chutney    -     2 tbsp
Chat masala        - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder   - 1/2 tsp
Salt         -  to taste

METHOD
Take puffed rice in a bowl.
Mix black gram,onion,tomato,green chillies, chutney and coriander leaves.
Sprinkle with chat masala,salt and red chilli powder and mix well.
Garnish with chopped onion, chopped tomato and coriander leaves.
Serve immediately.
