GREEN GRAM SALAD

INGREDIENTS

For dressing
Olive oil          - 1tsp
Red chillY powder  -1/2 tsp
Garlic paste             - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice            - 1 tsp
Sugar                       -1/2 tsp
Chopped green chillies   - 2
Salt                               - to taste
For salad
Green gram        - 1 cup chilled
Chopped tomato              - 1/2 cup
Onion      - 1/2 cup
Chopped green chilly  - 1
Chopped coriander leaves   - 2 tbsp
Sugar   - 1/2 tsp
Salt   - to taste

METHOD
     In a large vessel  add green gram, tomatoes,  onion, , green chilly, sugar, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.

 Now add the dressing and again mix well.
     Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve.
