INGREDIENTS
Hung curd- 1 cup
Cocoa powder- 2 tsp
Chocolate syrup - 2 tbsp
Chopped banana - 1
METHOD
Keep the curd in a muslin cloth for 4-5 hours in fridge. Now we get hung curd.
Whisk the hung curd, now take the blender add banana and chocolate syrup and blend it
Now add cocoa powder and banana chocolate syrup mixture in the hung curd and mix it again.
Chocolate Shrikhand is ready to eat,garnish with chocolate syrup and chocolate
Serve chilled.
