INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 3
Chopped onion - 1
Ginger, garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper corns - 3 - 4
Cloves - 2 - 3
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 1
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp cup
Butter - 50 gms
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Take a large bowl break the eggs.
Whisk the eggs until fluffy.
Heat butter in a pan.
Add egg mixture and spread them.
Cook in a low flame and fold the omelette and cook from both the sides
Now in this way make all two omelette
Heat oil in a pan, add whole garam masala to crackle .
Add onion and saute till brown.,add ginger, garlic paste,coriander powder,
turmeric powder, red chilly powder and add two spoon water water n saute for 4 -5 mins.
cover it till oil starts separating.
Add water and salt for gravy and boil it,once boiled keep it in a low flame
Add the omelette and cook for 5 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
