OATS BHEL

Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Oats - 1 cup
Boiled potato - 2
Chopped tomato - 1
Imli chutney  -  2 tbsp
Sweet curd   -  1 cup
Black salt  - 1/2 tsp
Salt  -   to taste
Red chilly powder  -  1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Anardana  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Dry roast the oats for few mins and strain it
Place the oats into the serving bowl add sweet curd at the top add tamarind chutney,sprinkle red chilly powder,black salt,salt roasted cumin seeds powder and squeeze the lemon juice
Garnish with anardana and serve immediately.
Enjoy with oats bhel.
