ALOO PALAK KI SUBJI

 


Prep Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Chopped aloo - 2
Chopped spinach - 2 cup
Chopped - onion 1
Crushed garlic - 1 tsp
Crushed ginger - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chopped tomato - 1
Whole red chilly - 2
Green chilly - 1
Salt - to taste
Clarified butter - 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the potatoes and remove it.
Again in the same pan add cumin seeds  and whole red chilly to crackle.
Add onion and saute until transparent now add ginger garlic,green chilly,tomato and all dry spices and also add 2 tbsp water and saute until oil leaves the pan.
Add spinach and fried potatoes and mix well,simmer the flame and cook for ten mins.
Serve hot with chapatis.
