GINGER GREEN CHILLY PARATHA

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Salt - to taste
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped green coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Clarified butter - 3 tbsp

METHOD
Take a large bowl add wheat flour,salt,carom seeds,onion seeds,ginger,green chilly,coriander leaves,curd and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
Keep aside for fifteen mins.
Take a dough and roll out paratha.
Applying clarified butter on both the sides and cook on a medium flame
Serve hot with cauliflower and potato subji.
