BOTTLEGOURD OATS BESAN CHEELA

Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Oats - 1/2 cup
Besan  - 1 cup
Suji - 1/2 cup
Grated lauki/bottle gourd  - 1 cup
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Make a powder of oats
Take a large bowl add besan,oats,suji,grated lauki,green chilly,coriander leaves,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
With one cup of water make thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan and add one spoon batter and spread it.
Drizzle one spoon oil on it and cover the lid
Flip it after one mins and cook both the sides.
Serve  hot.
