CNANA DAL KHEER

Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Chana dal - 1/2 cup
Milk - 3 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Raisins - 1 tsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Soak chana dal for an hour
Now pressure cook chana dal  with one cup of water.
Heat clarified butter in a pan and add chana dal and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
Once cooled,grind coarsely
Now add in the milk and stir continuously.
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix welll.
Add raisins and cashew nuts and mix well.
Turn off the flame.
Garnish with raisins and cashew nuts and serve.
