For boondi
INGREDIENTS
Gram flour / besan - 1 cup
Water - 3/4 cup
Baking soda - a pinch
Saffron food color - a pinch
Clarified butter - 1 tsp
Pansari mustard oil - for frying
METHOD
Sieve the besan take a bowl add besan ,water and one tsp clarified butter.
Make a thick batter now add a pinch of saffron food color and baking soda.
Heat enough pansari mustard oil in a wok and pour 1 tbsp gram flour / besan batter over a large round boondi jhara.
So that boondi drops into the clarified butter
So in this way deep fry all the boondi in medium flame.
And strain it from another boondi jhara.

For raita
INGREDIENTS
Boondi - 1/2 bowl
Hung curd - 1 cup
Roasted n crushed cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Black salt- 1/4 tsp
Salt- a pinch
Sugar- 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Chopped green chilly 1 tsp
METHOD
Put the fresh curd in a muslin cloth for 3-4 hours to make a hung curd and then prepare raita out of it.
Whisk the hung curd.
Add roasted and crushed cumin seeds, black salt, salt, red chilly powder ,sugar and mix well.
Now after mixing it, add boondi and green chilly into it.
Serve chilled boondi raita with biryani
