SATTU CHAAS

INGREDIENTS

Roasted chana - 2 tbsp
Fresh curd - 1 cup
Green coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Fresh mint leaves - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Green chilly - 1

Ginger - 1 inch stick 

METHOD
Take a blender add fresh curd, roasted chana, green chilly, ginger stick,mint leaves,green coriander leaves,roasted cumin seeds powder,black pepper powder,black salt and half cup of water and blend it.
Pour into the serving bowl and garnish with green mint leaves .




























BESAN HALWA

 


Prep Time  : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Gram flour  - 1/2 cup
Water -  1/2 cup
Sugar  -  1/2 cup
Cardamom powder  -  1/4 tsp
Raisins  -  1 tbsp
Crushed almonds  -  1 tbsp
Saffron  -  few strands
Clarified butter  -  1/2 cup

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Roast the  gram flour on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
After stirring further for 10  - 15 mins make the syrup of sugar and water add into the  Gram flour and mix well. 
The  gram flour absorbs the syrup
Stir properly otherwise lumps formed.
The whole mixture cook for 7 - 8 mins.
Add cardamom powder,raisins,crushed almonds and saffron strands.
The halwa is ready to serve.
Garnish with crushed almonds,raisins and saffron.

ANDA PARATHA

 Serve :4

 INGREDIENTS
 Wheat flour - 1 cup
 Eggs - 4
 Finely chopped onion - 1
 Chopped green chilly - 2 - 3
 Chopped capsicum - 1
 Chopped carrot - 1
 Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
 Black pepper corns - 1/4 tsp
 Grated cheese - 4 tbsp
 Salt - to taste
 Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
 Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
 METHOD
 Take a kneading bowl mix wheatflour,carom seeds and salt with small amount of water to make a soft dough .
Keep aside for 15 mins.
 Divide the dough into round balls,roll out dough into thin circle with the help of rolling pin.
 Heat the pan on a medium flame and make a chapati
 Take a bowl beat one egg and mix salt and pepper 
. Heat clarified butter in a pan spread the egg and place the chapati over the egg and press it.
 Spread some clarified butter on it.
 Flip over and cook on the other side.
 Place the onion, green chillies,carrot,capsicum,grated cheese and coriander leaves on the egg side facing and cover with other chapti and spread some oil.
.Cut into the four pieces.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
