BOONDI RAITA

Serve : 4

 INGREDIENTS
 Boondi - 1/2 bowl 
Hung curd - 1 cup 
Salt- a pinch
Sugar- 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp 

 METHOD 
Put the fresh curd in a muslin cloth for 3-4 hours to make a hung curd and then prepare raita out of it. 
Whisk the hung curd. 
Add roasted and crushed cumin seeds, black salt, salt, red chilly powder ,sugar and mix well.
 Now after mixing it, add boondi and green chilly into it.
 Serve chilled boondi raita with biryani















BREAD PIZZA

INGREDIENTS
Bread slice            -   4
Mayonnaise       -    2 tbsp
Capsicum diced      -  4 tbsp
Chopped onion.    -    2 tbsp
Pepper powder       -a pinch
Grated cheese        -  2 cube
Grated garlic       -    5 - 6
Butter                       - 50 gms
Cream                   -  1/2 cup
Salt                        - to taste
Green  chilly      -   2
Chilly flakes. -     1 tsp
Oregano.        - 1 tsp
METHOD
Take a large bowl mix cheese, cream, capsicum, mayonnaise , green chilly ,chilly flakes, oregano,onion , grated garlic and butter and salt.
 Spread this mixture on the top of the bread.
 Now place the bread in non stick pan in a medium flame till cheese starts melting and it turns into light brown  and also add two spoons water on a pan and cover it.
 Serve hot with tomato sauce , green chutney and tea.

 

















SEWAI UPMA

INGREDIENTS 

Vermicelli sewai  _ 1 cup
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Green chillie - 1
Finely chopped  spring onion -1
Finely chopped french beans - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum  - 1
Green peas  _ 2 tbsp
Clarified butter  _ 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - 6-7
Salt - to taste

Oil - 2 tsp
Water - 2 cupi

METHOD
    Heat oil in a pan add vermicelli  sewai and roast for few mins Noa add two cup of water and boil for 4 to 5 mins and strain  it
Heat oil in a pan add mustard  seeds  to  crackle now add spring onion and  saute for one mins.
. Add ,capsy, curry leaves, beans ,peas and green chilly and saute for 5-6 minutes.
 Add vermicelli  sewai and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes,now vermicelli  upma get ready,  and serve in the break fast.










FRIED FISH


 Prep Time : 15 mins


Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Rohu fish pieces  -  250 gms
Chilly powder- 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Oil - 4 tbsp

METHOD
Take a bow add fish pieces,lemon juice,,salt, garlic paste,chilly powder,turmeric powder,rice flour and marinate fish for 10 mins.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry the fish pieces from both the sides
Serve hot.
