PEA FLOWER POMEGRANATE MOCKTAIL

 INGREDIENTS 

 1.sprite - 1 cup 

 2.Pomegranate juice - 4 tbsp 

3.Pomegranate pearls - 2 tbsp 

 4.Sugar powder - 2 tbsp 

 5. Black salt - 1/2 tsp 

6. Mint leaves - 1 tbsp 

 7. Lemon chunks - 2 lemon

8. Ice cubes - 1 bowl 

9.Pea flower Juice - 1 cup

 METHOD

 Step1. Take a glass add mint leave,pomegranate pearls and lemon chunks and crush it. 

Step2. Now add black salt,sugar powder and pomegranate juice and mix it well.

 Step3. Now add ice cubes and sprite. 

Step 4. Boil water in a pan,once boiled turn off the flame and now add pea flower and cover the pan.

Step5. Then strain the water and discard the flowers and pour the  pea flower water into the glass.

Step6. Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate pearls. 

Step7.Serve chilled.
