MANGO CHUNDA PARATHA

Cooking Time  : 10 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour  -  1 cup
Grated raw mango -  1 cup

Grated onion - 1

Jaggery - 2 tbsp

Roasted cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Black salt - 1/2 tbsp

Chat masala - 1 tsp

Red chilly crushed - 1 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Carom seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Onion seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Clarified butter  -  4 tbsp

METHOD
Wash and grate the raw mango and also grated the onion.
In a kneading bowl mix wheat flour, grated raw mango,grated onion,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt ,black salt,chat masala ,red chilly crushed, jaggery and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
Make a soft dough.
Divide the dough into balls.
Flatten the ball to make a thick round paratha.
Grease the pan with clarified butter and heat on a medium flame.
Make the paratha with clarified butter and serve hot with green chutney,salad and subji.
