FISH TIKKA

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Rohu fish pieces  -  250 gms
Red chilly powder- 1/2 tbsp
Garlic pods - 5 tbsp
Ginger  - 1 inch stick
Black pepper - 4 - 5
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp

Chopped onion - 1

Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp

METHOD

Take a blender add coriander seeds,cumin seeds, black pepper,garlic,ginger and chopped onion and make a paste

Take a bowl add fish pieces and add all the ingredients paste except oil  and chat masala and marinate for ten mins.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish pieces from both the sides.

Again heat oil in a pan and add some spices paste and green chilly and cook in a low flame until oil leaves the pan.

Now add fish pieces and mix well.
Serve hot.
