CHURMUR CHAT

 INGREDIENTS
 Boiled and chopped potatoes - 1 cup
 Finely chopped green chilly - 1
 Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1tbsp
 Boiled black gram - 1/2 cup
 Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
 Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
 Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
 Black salt - 1/2 tsp
 Salt - to taste 
 Golgappe - 10
 Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
 Sweet tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp
 Green coriander leaves chutney - 2 tbsp
Boondi - 1/2 cup
 Pomegranate pearls - 1/2 cup 

 METHOD
 Boil the black gram and potato in a pressure cooker with add one cup of water. 
After one whistle simmer the flame for ten mins.
 Take a glass and add crushed 5 golgappe now add chopped potatoes and black gram add green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney. 
 Sprinkle black salt,salt,red chilly powder,roasted cumin seeds powder and mix well.
 Pour lemon juice and mix well/ Garnish with coriander leaves ,green chilly, boondi and pomegranate pearls and serve immediately.
