INGREDIENTS
Dates - 250 gms.
Sugar : 100 gms
Roasted cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Catch black salt - 1/2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1/3 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Deseed and chop the each dates and cut into four pieces and keep aside.
Then add roasted cumin seeds powder,red chilly powder, kashmiri mirch powder,chat masala, black salt,salt,sugar and lemon juice and mix it well.
Allow in an air tight container
So enjoy your pickle.
