INGREDIENTS
Amla - 250 gms
Onion seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Methi seeds - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala
Black salt - 1 tsp
Clarified butter - 4 tbsp
Jaggery - 2 cup
Clarified butter - 2 tsp
METHOD
Steam amla for fifteen mins.
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add onion seeds,cumin seeds and methi seeds.
Remove the seeds of the amla.
Now add amla pieces and jaggery and mix well.
Stir continuously until jaggery dissolves.
Add red chilly powder,chat masala and black salt and mix well.
Turn off the flame.
Now amla chutney is ready to serve.
