APPLE AND CABBAGE SALAD

 


Prep Time  : 20 mins
Cooking Time  : 5 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Chopped and chilled cabbage - 1 cup
Chopped apple -  1 cup
Mayonnaise sauce - 4 tbsp
Black pepper powder - a pinch
Salt    -  to taste
Sugar   - 1/
Oregano   - 1/4 tsp
Herb  -  1/4 tsp

METHOD
Cut the apple in square shape.
Cut the cabbage and dip in the ice water for ten mins.
Take a bowl combine mayonnaise sauce,black pepper powder,salt,oregano ,herb  and mix well.
Yummy healthy salad is ready to eat.

Garnish with cherry and mint leaves.
Serve chilled.
