SATTU BURFI

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 8

INGREDIENTS
Sattu  -  1 cup
Sugar -  1/2 cup
Mawa - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder  - 1/4 tsp
Crushed almonds  -  1 tbsp
Nova shudh ghee  -  3 tbsp

METHOD
Heat nova shudh ghee in a pan,add sattu and roast two to three mins in a medium flame.
Now add mawa and sugar and cook in a slow flame for 4 - 5 mins.
Add  cardamom powder 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
Turn off the flame.
Once cooled pour the mixture into the grease plate and garnish with crushed almonds.
Once cooled cut into diamond shape.
