INGREDIENTS
Milk powder - 3 cup
Water - 1 cup
Clarified butter - for frying
For sugar syrup
Sugar - 3 cup
Water - 3 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Take a bowl add milk powder and water and mix gently to a smooth lump free dough.
Set aside for 10 mins.make small balls for 20 - 25 deep fry in clarified butter in low flame until golden brown and drop the same in the sugar syrup.
Soak the gulabjamun in hot sugar syrup in 30 mins and serve.
Take a pan add sugar and water boil for ten mins in a low flame add cardamom powder and mix well.
