PESHWARI CHICKEN KADAHI

Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 500 gms
Chopped onion - 4
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1/2 cup
Clarified butterutter - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Marinate chicken with salt and keep aside for an hour
Dry roast the whole garam masala,once cooled to make a powder
Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the marinated chicken  and cook in a high flame for five mins now cook in a slow flame for 5 mins until chicken turned into golden brown and take off from the pan.
Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and saute until dark brown now add ginger garlic paste and dry roasted garam masala powder and mix well.
Add red chilly powder,kashmiri mirch powder and turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
Cook for 4 - 5 mins until oil leaves the pan.
Add fried chicken pieces and mix well.
Now add two cup of water and bring to boil,once boiled keep it in low flame for 10 mins add cream and mix well.
Serve hot with rice .
