MORIANGA POWDER SOUP

Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Morianga powder - 2 tbsp
Taro root - 4 - 5
Water - 5 cup
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Green chilly - 1
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

METHOD 
Heat clarified butter in a pan add cumin seeds and fennel seeds to crackle.
Wash and chop the taro roots and add in the pan.
Add green chilly and turmeric powder and mix well.
Add morianga powder and salt and and saute for 3 - 4 mins now add five cup of water and bring to boil.once boiled simmer the flame and cover it and cook for 20 mins
Turn off the flame,once cooled grind to make a paste and cook for five mins.
Add lemon juice and pepper powder,serve hot.
