STUFFED TORAI


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Torai - 1 kg
Onion paste - 1 onion
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 3 tbsp

METHOD
Wash and peel the skin of torai
Cut into three pieces and make slit in the side.
Take a bowl add onion paste,ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder and salt and mix well.
Now stuffing is ready.
Stuff the filling in the each pieces of torai.
Heat oil in a pan and place the stuffed torai in medium flame.
Keep changing side and cook for ten mins
Serve hot with chapatis.
