BETEL LEAF COCONUT LADOO

Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 10

INGREDIENTS
Fresh grated coconut  - 1 cup
Betle leaf   - 4 - 5
Mawa  - 4 tbsp
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
For stuffing
Gulkand - 4 tbsp
Chopped dry fruits  - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Wash beetle leaf and blend with mawa
Peel and grate the coconut.
Take a pan add grated coconut saute for one  to two mins.
Add whole dried milk / mawa and beetle leaf sugar and stir continuously till the sugar melt and coconut and  whole dried milk / mawa mixed well.
The solution will start to thicken switch off the gas.
Add cardamom powder  and mix well.
When it cools,shape it into ladoo and stuff with gulkand and dry fruits
Coat with grated coconut
Now your beetle leaf coconut ladoo is ready to eat
