FRIED FISH



Prep Time : 30 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Fish pieces  -  500 gms
Chilly powder- 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Oil - 4 tbsp

METHOD
Take a bow add fish pieces,lemon juice,,salt, garlic paste,chilly powder,turmeric powder and marinate fish for 10 mins.
Heat oil in a pan.
Shallow fry the fish pieces from both the sides
Serve hot.
