CARROT GOND PAK



Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 45 mins
Serve  : 8

INGREDIENTS
Carrot/gajar  -  2 kg
Milk  -  2 liter
Mawa/whole dried milk  -  1/2 cup
Fresh cream  - 1 cup
Gond  - 50 gms
Sugar  -  1/2 cup
Cardamom powder   -  1/4 tsp
Dry fruits  -  1/2 cup

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the gondh and keep aside.
Wash and chop the carrot.
Pressure cook the chopped carrot and milk.
When cooker release the whistle switch off the flame.
Once cooled,open the lid.
 Stir continuously till thick.
Simmer the flame,when the mixture(milk and carrot) gets dried add mawa and fresh cream and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
Add sugar and mix well until thick consistency
Add cardamom powder, gond and dry fruits and mix well.
Garnish with almonds,cashew nuts and raisins.
