WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Strawberry crush  -  4 tbsp
White chocolate  -  100 gms
Whipped cream  -   1 cup
Powdered sugar   - 2 tbsp
Fresh strawberry for garnishing  - 2

METHOD
Melt chocolate in double boiler or in microwave.
Once cooled keep aside.
Whip the cream add sugar powder and mix well and also add melted white chocolate and mix well.
Take a bowl add 2 tbsp of strawberry crush and now add whipped cream with white chocolate.
At the top add strawberry and serve chilled.
