INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 100 gms
Sugar - 100 gms
Butter - 120 gms
Sultana - 150 gms
Raisins - 150 gms
Cashew nuts - 150 gms
Almonds - 150 gms
Egg - 2
Tutti fruity - 150 gms
Vanilla essence - 1tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
METHOD
Take a plate add sultana,raisins,almonds,cashew nuts,tutti fruity and one tbsp all purpose flour and mix well.
Sieve the flour and baking powder for two to three times.
Take a bowl add sugar powder,butter and egg and mix well.
Mix until light and fluffy.
All the dry ingredients mix in the wet ingredients and mix well.
Add vanilla essence and mix well.
Add fruits in the cake mixture.
Pour the batter into the baking dish.
Preheat oven for 180.c
Bake for 35 mins.
Icing on the cake and garnish with gems.
