MIX VEG PARATHA


Prep Time  :  25 mins
Cooking Time  : 15 mins
Serve  : 4

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour    -  2 cup
Potato  -  1
Grated cabbage  -  1 cup
Carrot  -  2
Matar/peas  -  1/4 cup
French beans  -   8 - 10
Green chilly  -  1
Grated ginger  -  1 tsp
Coriander powder  -  1 tsp
Cumin powder   -   1 tsp
Red chilly powder  -  1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder  -  1/4 tsp
Asafoetida  -   a pinch
Oil  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Wash and chop all the veggies and boil in a pressure cooker.
Once cooled mash all the veggies.
Add chopped green chilly,grated ginger and coriander leaves,
Also add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,asafoetida and salt and mix well.
All ingredients add in the wheat flour and also add one tbsp oil and make a soft dough.
On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides.
Serve hot and enjoy.
