INGREDIENTS
Milk - 1 ltr.
yellow moong dal - 1/4 cup
Gobind bhog rice - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Boil the yellow moong dal in a pressure cooker with one cup of water and mash it.
Wash vthe rice and crush in the blender.
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled,keep it in a low flame.
Add mashed moong dal and crushed rice into the milk.
Stir in between thickening the milk.
Cook well till it gets thick and moong dal and rice is fully done.
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins.
