INGREDIENTS
Green bell pepper - 1 bowl
Zucchini - 1 bowl
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
All purpose flour / maida - 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Finely sliced ginger - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Wash and cut the bell pepper and zucchini in julines and blanch it.
Take a bowl add juliens of bell pepper and zucchini.
Add corn flour,all purpose flour / maida,ginger,red chilly powder and salt.
Keep aside for 5 - 6 mins and mix well.
Heat enough oil in a pan.
Deep fry the fritters golden and crispy.
Drain in paper napkin.
Serve hot with tea.
