INGREDIENTS
Boiled black gram - 1 cup
Diced onion - 1 medium
Diced tomato - 1 medium
Finely chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 /4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder / amchur - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Chopped green chilly - 2
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds ,garlic and green chilly and saute for one mins.
Add black gram and stir fry in a medium flame.
Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,roasted cumin seeds powder,black salt,amchur / dried mango powder and cook in a medium flame for five minutes.
Add coriander leaves and salt.
Place theblack gram on the plate.
Add onion,tomato,chat masala pour lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
