WHOLE MOONG DAL AND SPINACH PARATHA

INGREDIENTS
Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
Whole moong dal - 1/4 cup
Chopped spinach - 1 cup
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Asofedida - 1/4 tsp
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Clarified butter - 4 tbsp

METHOD
Wash and soak whole moong dal over night
Then drain the water and boil in the pressure cooker with one cup of water.
Wash and chop the spinach and blanch it
Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt,carrom seeds,onion seeds seeds,green chilly,whole moong dal and spinach and mix it well.
Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
Divide the dough into a ball and roll out chapati
On a heated pan make paratha applying clarified butter on both the sides.
Serve hot.
