ORANGE BURFI


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Orange - 4
Mawa - 400 gms
Finely chopped cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Peel orange and remove the outer thicker skin and seeds.
Heat a pan add mawa and sugar and stir constantly until thick.
Add the orange pulp and stir continuously.
When it thick add clarified butter and mix well.
Grease the plate and pour the orange burfi.
Garnish with cashew nuts,once cooled cut in a square shape.
