INGREDIENTS
Chopped onion - 3 - 4
Finely chopped garlic - 1 tsp
Grated cheese - 1 cube
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Vegetable stock - 3 cup
METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan add onion and saute until brown.
Add garlic and saute for few seconds and now add vegetable stock and cook in a low flame for ten mins.
Add black pepper powder and salt and mix well.
Add grated cheese and serve hot.
