MEXICAN BITES


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
For salsa sauce
Tomato - 2
Finely chopped capsicum - 2 tbs
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Chilly flax - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
For mexican bites
Boiled n mashed potato - 2
Sweet corn - 2 tbsp
Salsa sauce - 2 tbsp
Bread - 3 - 4
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying

METHOD
For salsa sauce
Heat oil in a pan,add onion and saute for few mins,now add capsicum and saute for 2 - 3 mins
Add tomato,chilly flax,salt and mix well.
Add little water and lemon juice and cook for few mins,now salsa sauce is ready to eat
For mexican bites
Take a blender add bread pieces to make a bread crumbs.
Take a bowl add boiled n mashed potato,sweet corn,bread crumbs,salsa sauce and salt and make a dough.
Roll out and cut in a square shape.
Take a corn flour and half cup of water and make a thick batter.
Dip the square shape  pieces into batter and coat with bread crumbs,repeat eat for two times.
Heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry until brown and crispy,serve hot.
