AMLA CHUTNEY

Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 8

INGREDIENTS
Amla - 1/2 kg
Onion seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
Clarified butter - 4 tbsp
Jaggery - 2 cup

METHOD
Boil amla in pressure cooker with one cup of water.
After first whistle turn off the flame.
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add onion seeds,cumin seeds and fennel seeds.
Remove the seeds of the amla.
Now add amla pieces and jaggery and mix well.
Stir continuously until jaggery dissolves.
Add red chilly powder,garam masala powder and black salt and mix well.
Turn off the flame.
