CHEESE PARATHA


Prep Time  : 15 mins
Cooking Time  : 20 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour -  1 bowl
Grated cheese - 1 bowl
Boiled n mashed potato  -   2
Spring onion - 1/2 bowl
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 bowl
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 2
Clarified butter for kneading the dough - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
m seeds - 1/4 tsp
Clarified butter  -  4 tbsp


METHOD
In a kneading bowl mix wheat flour, boiled n mashed potato,salt,carom seeds,onion seeds,spring onion 2 tbsp,coriander leaves,green chilly and clarified butter and mix well.
Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
Keep aside for 15 mins.
Grate the cheese and add  coriander leaves and mix well
Now stuffing is ready
Divide the dough into balls.
Stuff the filling into the dough and roll out paratha
Grease a pan with little clarified butter/ghee and heat on a medium flame.
Place the paratha and grease clarified butter in both side
Serve hot.
