TOOR DAL CHOOR PARATHA Uttar pradesh recipe

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour  -  1 cup
Toor dal  -  1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste  -  1 tsp
Finely chopped green chilly  - 2
Red chilly powder  -  1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/4 tsp
Carom seeds   -  1/4 tsp
Onion seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Finely chopped onion  -  2 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves  -  1 tbsp
Oil  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Soak toor dal for 4 - 5 hours,drain and crush in the blender like dalia.
Take a large bowl add wheat flour,crushed toor dal,green chilly,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves,salt.onion seeds,carom seeds ,salt and one tbsp oil and mix well.
Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
Keep aside for fifteen mins.
Divide the dough into equal size balls,roll them with rolling pin.
On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both sides.
Serve hot.
