GUAVA / AMROOD KI SUBZI

Food for diabetics
INGREDIENTS
Guava /amrood                            -                           3 big size seedless
Cumin / jeera seeds                     -                           1/4 tsp
Oil                                                -                           1 tsp
Chopped green chilly                   -                           2
Hang curd                                     -                           2 tbsp
Water                                            -                          1/2 cup
Sugar powder / sugar free             -                          1 tsp
Salt                                                -                          to taste
Fresh coriander leaves                  -                           1 tsp

METHOD
Wash and chop guava / amrood into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds to crackle.
Add green chilly, guava / amrood and salt and saute for 2 - 3 mins.Switch off the gas.
Take a bowl,add hung curd and beat it.
Add 1/2 cup of water and sugar powder / sugar free and mix well.
Add  guava / amrood pieces and coriander leaves and mix well.
This is low fat recipe.
We use as a snacks.
