EGG VINDALOO

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Boiled egg - 6
Chopped onion - 2
Ginger  - 1 inch stick
Garlic pods - 4 - 5
Whole red chilly - 4 - 5
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Green cardamom - 2
Black cardamom - 1
Cloves - 3 - 4
Black pepper - 3 - 4
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Tomato - 1
Catch hing  - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Dry roast the whole garam masala  and now add in the blender with ginger ,garlic,turmeric powder,tomato and coriander powder to make a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the boiled eggs and remove it
Now  again heat oil in a pan and add catch hing and chopped onion and saute until brown and now add roasted whole garam masala and tomato paste and kashmiri mirch powder  and cook in a medium flame for ten mins or until oil leaves the pan
Add one cup of water and bring to boil.
Once boiled add the fried egg and slow the flame and cook for five mins.
Turn off the flame.
Garnish with  coriander leaves.
Serve with steamed rice.
