DHANIA PANEER/CORIANDER LEAVES WITH COTTAGE CHEESE

Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese/paneer cubes   -  100 gms
Chopped coriander leaves   -  1 cup
Onion paste  -  2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste  -  1 tsp
Coriander powder  -  1 tsp
Red chilly powder  -  1 tsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Lemon juice  -  1 tsp
Curd  -  2 tbsp
Fresh cream  -  2 tbsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  2 tbsp
Chopped green chilly  -  2
Garam masala powder  -  1 tsp

METHOD
 Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds to crackle.
Add onion paste and saute for one mins.
Add ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilly powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
Add curd and saute for one to two mins.
Add chopped coriander leaves and cream and mix well.
Add one cup of water and  come to boil.
Once boiled,add paneer cubes ,salt and lemon juice and cook for five mins in simmer.
Serve hot with naan.
