PANJIRI


Prep Time  :  10 mins
Cooking Time  : 15 mins
Serve : 8 - 10

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour  -  2 cup
Clarified butter  -  4 tbsp
Sugar powder  -  1 cup
Cardamom powder  -  1/4 tsp
Lotus seeds/makhana  -  12 - 14
Crushed cashew nuts  -  1 tbsp
Crushed almonds  -   1 tbsp
Raisins  -  1 tbsp

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add lotus seeds and fry it.
Add almonds,cashew nuts and raisins  one by one and fry and keep aside.
,Again heat clarified butter in a pan.
Roast whole wheat flour on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
After stirring further 10 - 15 mins turn off the flame.
Let the mixture cool down add sugar powder,cardamom powder,raisins,cashew nuts and almonds and mix well.
