MANGO CHIA SEEDS SMOOTHIE

Total Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Mango pulp    -    1/4 bowl
Chia seeds      -       2 tsp
Sliced banana  -    1/4 bowl
Sugar             -          2 tbsp
Almond         -            5 - 6
Milk              -           1 cup

METHOD
Take a blender add all the above listed ingredients and blend it.
Pour the mixture in a glass.
Serve chilled.
