SUJI CUTLET


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 6

INGREDIENTS
Suji    -   1/2 cup
Finely chopped onion -   1/4 cup
Finely chopped capsicum -  1/4 cup
Finely chopped green chilly    -  1/4 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves    -      1 tsp
Salt    - to taste
Oil      - 1 tbsp
All purpose flour - 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Water    -1/4 cup
Oil   -  for shallow frying

METHOD
Heat one cup of water in a pan.
Add 1/2 cup suji,,,salt,onion capsicum,  green chilly,coriander leaves and 1 tsp oil and mix well.
Stir continuously till mixture leave the side of the pan.
Once cooled,add all purpose flour and 1/4 cup of water and mix well
Divide the suji mixture into six parts.
To make a oval shape of flat patties of medium thickness
Coat them with bread crumbs
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the cutlet golden and crispy.
Serve hot with tea.
