INGREDIENTS
Milk - 5 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Clarified butter / ghee - 1/2 tsp
Crushed almonds - 2 tbsp
Crushed cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Saffron - few strands
METHOD
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled,keep it in a low flame.
Add lemon juice and cover the milk..
After few mins. milk is fully curdled.
Strain 2 cup of water and cook in the low flame for 10 mins.
Stir in between till water fully absorb in the cottage cheese / paneer.
Add sugar , saffron and cardamom powder and mix well.
Add clarified butter / ghee and mix well and turn off the flame.
Grease the plate and pour the mixture on the plate and press it.
Garnish with crushed almonds, cashew nuts and raisins.
After 1/2 an hour cut them in shape.
