ONION RING PAKORA


Prep Time  : 25 mins
Cooking Time  : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Ring shape onion  -  1 bowl
All purpose flour  -  1 bowl
Corn flour -   2 tbsp
Bread crumbs  - 1/2 bowl
Salt    -    to taste
Red chilly powder    -   1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder    -  1/4 tsp
Oil    -  for frying

METHOD
Wash and chop onion in a ring shape.
Dip in the salt water for half an hour.
Take a bowl combine all purpose flour corn flour,r,salt,red chilly powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
Add some water and make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the onion rings into the batter and coat with bread crumbs
Coat them well.
Fry them golden and crispy.
Drain in paper napkin.
Serve hot with ketchup
